Feedback Protocol Handbook

Giving and receiving feedback lies at the heart of the creative process, and finding ways to make it more respectful, engaging, and productive is a persistent quest as we work as a team. For this toolkit, we studied existing feedback methodologies and tools from the art, theater and dance worlds and adapted them to the scale and scope of our team, a diverse group of designers and architects.

After experimenting with different variations of the method for six months, and seeing spectacular results, here’s a quick view of the first edition, capturing what has worked best for us up to now. The Roleplay Feedback Protocol has been inspired by the  OnassisAir feedback toolkit and other collaboration methodologies, and is a work in progress.
