Chromata Restaurant is a family-owned culinary destination in Mystras, established in 1936. It offers contemporary Greek cuisine with ingredients sourced from its own farm and local producers.

Embodying the restaurant’s connection to nature, history and craftsmanship, our proposal translates this spirit into a visual identity that feels at once timeless and personal. The logotype brings together two voices: CHROMATA RESTAURANT in a clear, modern typeface that provides structure and legibility, and χρώματα, hand-drawn with crayons, echoing both the playfulness of the place and Byzantine script. Rather than imposing colour artificially, the identity becomes a backdrop that lets the true colours of Chromata emerge — from the ingredients and dishes to the garden, the architecture, and the surrounding landscape.
