Job Summary

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and seamless user experiences for our digital products. You will work closely with a cross-functional team, including visual designers, developers, copywriters and project manager on our studio’s end to create designs that not only meet user needs but also drive our client’s business goals. Your expertise will be crucial in guiding the design process from concept to implementation, ensuring high standards of visual and interaction design.

What You’ll Do

 

User Research and Analysis

— Evaluate user data and other information handed over by the client.
— Develop user personas, journey maps, and use cases to guide the design process.

Design and Prototyping

— Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and sitemaps to effectively communicate design ideas.
— Design high-fidelity user interfaces and interactive prototypes using Figma.
— Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity during implementation.

User Experience Optimization

—Conduct A/B testing and other methods to evaluate the effectiveness of design solutions.
—Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and performance data.
—Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and adhere to best practices and industry standards.

Collaboration and Communication

— Work closely with project managers to align design strategies with business objectives.
— Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders, explaining the rationale behind your choices.
— Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback to elevate team performance.

What You Bring

 

Education and Experience

— Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field.
— Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a senior or lead role.

Technical Skills

— Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
— Experience with user research methodologies and tools.
— Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding skills are optional).
— Knowledge of motion design tools such as After Effects will be a plus.
