Job Summary

As a Senior Graphic Designer at Role—Play you will play a key role in conceptualizing and executing design projects that align with our clients’ branding and marketing goals. You will work closely with the Project Manager and cross-functional teams to produce high-quality visual assets across various media. Your ability to combine creativity with strategic thinking will be essential in delivering outstanding design solutions.

What You’ll Do


Creative Concept Development

—Collaborate with the creative team to develop design concepts that meet client objectives.
—Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for visual identities and campaigns.
—Present design concepts and ideas to clients and internally.

Design Execution

— Develop branding materials, including logos, brand guidelines, and marketing collaterals.
— Create stunning visuals for digital and print
— Keep designs on-brand and on-point.

Day to day

— Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
— Work closely with project managers to understand project scopes, timelines, and client expectations.
— Mentor and inspire junior designers and interns.

Client Interaction

— Collaborate effectively with clients to understand their vision and build lasting partnerships.
— Lead client presentations and refine designs based on their feedback.

Quality Assurance

— Review and proof design work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
— Stay up-to-date with design tools, and best practices.
— Always look for ways to push the creative envelope.

What you bring


Education and Experience

—Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
— Minimum of 5 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably within an agency setting.

Technical Skills

— Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).
— A sharp eye for typography, color, and layout.
— Experience with Figma and a bonus if you know HTML/CSS.
