Retrospective
Our yearly retrospective meeting was held for the fixth consecutive year next to the water! For this year’s Splish Splash we chose to travel to Ancient Epidavros and combine some ancient theatre with camping among the olive groves – drama and nature in perfect harmony!
Passing along the coast from the Corinth Canal and crossing the road that swoops through bloomed oleanders and pine woods we arrived in our secret camping place.
This year’s summer season of the Athens Epidaurus Festival opened with Euripides’ Hippolytous, a tragedy about the power of desire, the barrenness of existence and human limits.
Our splish splash moments are not only about team bonding and fun but also a way to look back at our work during the year, aknowledge the good and the challenging moments we had, reset the team dynamics and define our next steps.
More experimentation and openess is what we all aimed for in this retrospective workshop. So stay tuned for more and happy holidays from all of us at Roleplay!
